All bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. Availability of places is posted on the web site and can be checked by email. Please print off this form and send it with the deposit or the full course fee. Please use one form per person and for each course. If making direct payments the booking information can be emailed. Confirmation of booking will be sent (usually by email) on receipt of booking form and payment.

Directions to the course venue, a candidate profile, a list of tools and clothing, a list of recommended B&B's and other essential information including all the course handouts, are available on the website. If you would like any further details, not on the web site, please contact me by email.

Camping in the wood is free. Facilities are basic but there is mains water, a compost loo, a cooking fire and a gas cooker. Caravans and camping vans can be parked in the car park, also free of charge.

Cancellations

Your deposit or full course fee will be refunded (minus a £20 cancellation charge) provided a written cancellation is received at least six weeks before the start of the course. After that we will do our best to fill that place but cannot usually make a refund otherwise.

Safety for all and the welfare of my horses are priorities. I reserve the right to curtail a course should safety and/or welfare of the horses be compromised. Your booking confirms acceptance of these conditions.

Dogs
Due to a variety of activities in and around the woods, dogs are strongly discouraged. Please discuss it with me beforehand if this presents a problem.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers for our courses are available throughout the year and can be purchased for any amount you nominate, either as a contribution to the cost or paying the full fee. They make a greatly appreciated birthday or retirement gift.
